By accessing or using DealIntel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
DealIntel is a vehicle market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available vehicle listing data, estimates market values using proprietary algorithms, and presents scored deal opportunities. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, Chrome browser extension, and email notifications.
All vehicle valuations, deal scores, confidence levels, profit estimates, and market data provided by DealIntel are for informational purposes only. They are not certified appraisals, guarantees of value, or guarantees of profit.
Our estimates are generated by proprietary algorithms using publicly available market data, depreciation models, and statistical analysis. Actual vehicle values depend on factors we cannot assess remotely, including but not limited to: mechanical condition, accident history not disclosed in listings, regional demand fluctuations, and negotiation between buyer and seller.
Deal scores and confidence levels reflect data completeness and algorithmic assessment — not accuracy. A high confidence score means more comparable data was available, not that the estimate is guaranteed to be correct. Even high-confidence scores are estimates and should not be treated as appraisals or relied upon as the sole basis for a purchase decision.
You should always conduct your own independent due diligence — including physical inspection, vehicle history reports, and market research — before making any purchase decision. DealIntel is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from reliance on our estimates.
The Net Profit Calculator and any expense figures it displays — including sales tax, title and registration fees, maintenance, detailing, and resulting net profit — are illustrative estimates. Default values are based on national or state-level averages and may not reflect actual costs in your specific market or for the specific vehicle. Sales tax rates can vary by county, city, and vehicle class. Maintenance and detailing costs depend on vehicle condition, your local labor rates, and the scope of work needed. Actual resale value depends on vehicle condition, market timing, regional demand, and buyer negotiation. By using the calculator you agree these are planning estimates, not financial advice or guarantees, and DealIntel is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on them.
DealIntel aggregates vehicle listing information from publicly accessible classified platforms and licensed data providers using automated collection methods. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data. Listings may be removed, sold, or repriced at any time without notice. Listing prices and availability may be hours or days old — always verify directly with the seller before making contact or visiting. Listing photos, descriptions, and vehicle details are provided by third-party sellers and have not been independently verified by DealIntel.
We provide links to original listings so you can verify information directly with sellers. DealIntel does not contact sellers on your behalf, does not facilitate transactions, and has no financial relationship with listing platforms or sellers.
DealIntel respects the intellectual property rights of third-party platforms and complies with applicable data collection laws. Vehicle listing data is provided to subscribers for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 5-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost.
Subscriptions: After the trial period, subscriptions auto-renew monthly according to your selected plan (Flipper, Pro, or Dealer). You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@dealintel.app; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Founding Member Pricing: Users who subscribe during the founding member period receive a discounted monthly rate that remains locked for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If a founding member cancels and later resubscribes, the founding member rate is forfeited and standard pricing applies.

DealIntel is an information service. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle purchases and sales, including any dealer licensing requirements in their jurisdiction. DealIntel does not provide legal advice regarding dealer licensing.
DealIntel's valuation algorithms, deal scoring methodology, user interface, and original content are proprietary. Vehicle listing data originates from third-party platforms and third-party sellers. Listing photos are the property of their respective creators. DealIntel does not claim ownership of third-party content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealIntel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DealIntel provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealIntel, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
